By using the website and services of Hangzhou Crater Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Crater”), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before working with us.
1. Description of Services
Crater provides WordPress-branded independent website development, fully managed Google SEO, and GEO large-model recommendation optimization services. The specific scope of services is subject to the contract signed by both parties or the confirmed project proposal. Product lines, prices, and feature descriptions shown on the website are for reference only and do not constitute a binding offer.
2. Intellectual Property
Upon project delivery, the client receives full ownership of the source code for the custom-developed portion. The intellectual property of Crater’s proprietary base frameworks, plugins, and tool libraries belongs to Crater, and the client is granted a perpetual license to use them. The intellectual property of the client’s brand identity and content belongs to the client.
3. Service Commitment and Disclaimer
We are committed to providing services in accordance with professional industry standards. However, specific search engine rankings or traffic growth figures are affected by uncontrollable factors such as algorithm changes and do not constitute a guarantee. The specific results of AI large-model recommendations depend on model updates and changes in the content ecosystem.
4. Confidentiality
Commercial information, technical data, and customer data that either party becomes aware of about the other during the course of cooperation are considered confidential information. Neither party may disclose such information to any third party without the other party’s written consent. The confidentiality obligation remains in effect for 2 years after the termination of the contract.
5. Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes arising between the parties in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party has the right to submit the dispute to the Hangzhou Arbitration Commission for arbitration.
